If you love things that go “bump in the night”, and Piqua History, you are going to want to take one of the Piqua Haunted History Walking Tours! The tours will be held on Saturday, October 14 and 21 with three tours each night. Tours begin at 7, 8:30 and 10 p.m. Start your ghostly evening at 311 Draft House in downtown Piqua and explore Piqua’s Haunted past with a guided walking tour by City historian Jim Oda. The walking tour will cover several blocks (who knows what you may encounter lurking in the shadows …) and end at the Piqua Public Library where tour participants will hear EVP recording and view photographic evidence captured during actual paranormal investigations. Tours will be held come rain or shine.
Tickets for the tours are $15 per person and proceeds from the tours will be used to purchase equipment for the paranormal classes held at the Piqua Public Library and to support the ongoing mission of Mainstreet Piqua. Tickets may be purchased from the Mainstreet Piqua office, 326 N. Main Street in downtown Piqua. There are only fifteen ghost hunters permitted on each tour so get your tickets soon.
