Blue Violet Shoppe Opens in downtown Piqua

The Blue Violet Shoppe is opening in downtown Piqua at 122 W. Water Street.  Grand Opening will be held Saturday, March 14th from 2 to 5 pm and on Sunday, March 15th from 2 to 4 pm.  A gift to the first 50 customers on Saturday.  Refreshments will be served.

Owner, Anita Marshall, moved to Piqua in July from Arkansas.  She is the former owner of an herb nursery and will eventually offer some plants and cuttings for her customers.  The Lavender Lady, her line of herbal bath products will also be available.  She has been producing these products for the past twenty years. Doterra essential oil products will be available to order.

One special niche of The Blue Violet Shoppe is the Saturday Classes that will be held for both children and adults.  Be sure to register your child for the first Saturday Class on April 5th when they will make Easter crafts. Future classes include how to press flowers, how to cut and dry herbs, flower pounding, and how to make hypertufa pots.  Watch for our announcements!

The Blue Violet Shoppe will offer an eclectic mix of vintage, collectibles, herbals, and crafts. The shoppe will also take consignments for those artisans and crafters that are looking for a location to display their wares.
