WEDNESDAY, OCT. 1 — JASON TAKES MAINSTREET 6: THE HUNT RETURNS TO PIQUA!
Jason is back for the 6th year of our spine-tingling Mainstreet Piqua scavenger hunt, and it all kicks off Wednesday, October 1st. Get ready to track down his infamous mask hidden somewhere in Piqua — and win an awesome prize pack if you do.
A big thank you to all the incredible local businesses who are sponsoring this year’s event. They’ve each contributed to the prize and are helping bring the clues to life throughout the hunt.
Here’s how it works:

Beginning Wednesday, October 1st, one clue will be posted each weekday (Monday through Friday) at 9:15 AM on one of the sponsor’s Facebook pages.

To follow along, make sure you’re following every sponsor’s Facebook page, as well as the Mainstreet Piqua page. Each clue will appear on a different page in a randomized order.

The item you’re looking for is a replica of Jason’s mask from Friday the 13th Part VII, and it’s been sealed inside a small, weather-resistant camping dry bag.

The mask is hidden somewhere on public property within Piqua city limits. It is not on school grounds — Jason respects the Piqua Indians, as well as students at Edison and the Upper Valley Career Center. Those areas are off-limits.

It’s also not inside any of the sponsoring businesses, so there’s no need to search indoors. That said, we encourage you to stop in and support each of them along the way.

Only three people know where the mask is located.
If you find the mask:
Message the Mainstreet Piqua Facebook page or bring it directly to their office during regular hours. The mask has a unique identifier to confirm the win — no duplicates, no false claims.
Important: Please do not falsely announce you’ve found the mask. If you post or message claiming you found it without physically having it, you will be disqualified immediately.
If you’re the real finder, you’ll walk away with a seriously cool reward!
