Jr. MainStreet’s Throwback Thursday, a free, family-friendly community event happening right here in downtown Piqua. Get ready for a throwback costume contest, sidewalk games, music, a prize raffle, and tons of nostalgic fun for all ages!

Throughout the evening, guests can look forward to a dynamic lineup of performances from dance and poetry to other surprise acts that showcase the incredible creativity within our community.

Imagine horse-drawn carriages, hitches and riders, all outfitted with Holiday Lights, making their way down Main Street. Christmas banners and decorated street trees will create an amazing backdrop for this dazzlingly fun family-friendly event.

The tradition of celebrating the holiday season with an old-fashioned hometown parade is a long one in downtown Piqua.  Families and friends, young and old, fill the streets for this festive event.  After the parade kids can visit with Santa in the lobby of the Piqua Public Library.
